ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Mrs. Jim. I'm from an OSU family so ah, well, congratulations to Mrs. Jim.
ReplyDeleteMrs. Jim,
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the game. We were pulling for the tigers from our house as well.
PS, Dad, I read your ask Dr. Jim column. You talked about the case of a dog finder that would not return the dog to its rightful owner. A small claims court judge awarded $'s for the dog instead of orderring its return. Youd had an explanation, but,,,,, I thought a small claims judge could not order the return of any property, only monetary compensations. ????
That's right, the Small Claims court in Texas is a money only court.
ReplyDeleteGood. But that isn't why the dog can't come back. He could have sued as a JP Court of Law in Texas and still couldn't get the dog back, only the money value.
