Just one more reason to live in Texas, near Houston!
These restaurants are ALL super!
What a great idea! The restaurant thing, I mean - I'm not so sure about moving to Texas.
ReplyDeleteThe menus look really good. I's a great idea.
ReplyDeleteJim, I'll have to go take a look at it and see if TF is interested...
ReplyDeleteIf someone told me they would sell my house and get rid of everything inside and outside and they also said there was a house waiting for me in Texas I would be on that plane before you could say Jack Rabbit! No questions asked. Period.
ReplyDeleteNora, I'm glad to see you checked on me and found out that there are other places besides Indianapolis feeding the homeless.
ReplyDeleteHouston feeds thousands, our Conroe feed about 100 each day at the Salvation Army alone.
Fred, let me know if you try it, I'm sure they have IHOP in the Tampa area. This could be specialized for us, but check anyway. You would like those pancakes.
Lucy, TF has to be interested. We have reservations for two at Ruth's Chris Steak House early Saturday evening.
Cheyenne, I remember you like Houston. We have homes for sale, they are down a little right now. Some are here in Bentwater, pretty nice bargains!
BTW, we are selling a house and everything in it, the lady who is giving us the new dog, Katrin, died a week ago today. It is a nice two story with the master BR on the first floor for retired people.
..
Dear Jim,
ReplyDeleteso many people caring for others, that's a good sign.
Hope it will spread like rings in the water.
Matthew 25:
35For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
37"Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'
40"The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'
