Picture from our back porch.
Not a lot stayed on the ground. Most all of it was gone by morning. They had the bridges sanded but nothing really froze.
I know my Northern and Midwestern friends will think this isn't much snow. It isn't, I used to live in Nebraska and New Hampshire so I do know much snow. But it is snow and we just don't get much of that down here in Southeast Texas. Normally the golf course back there is pretty green, see above picture on the right.

If you want to post a MidWeek Blues picture, go get directions from Rebecca by clicking on the logo picture on the right. She has a Mr. Linky and good directions . Just do what I did. .
Or do less. All she requires is a BLUE PICTURE, you don't have to write.

[I am running behind on answering all the nice comments on the post below. I hope to return them all. I'm also working on my Sunday school lesson preparation to teach this Sunday. I am not nearly finished with that either.]

We are spending at least one extra day in Massachusetts because of a "little" snow. The airports are closed!
ReplyDeleteHa! You have received more snow than me this year! Guess I can stop sending snow to everybody;)
ReplyDeleteThe Snow Queen of Idaho
I understand your excitement. As a former mid-westerner now living in southern California, two snowflakes in the sky is enough to make me run in circles with my tongue out. I'm sure my neighbors have thought "rabies."
ReplyDeleteWhen you don't get much snow it sure is a thrill. My thrill is long gone this year; Kids home again today with no school, my sister's flight for a FL vacation is cancelled. We've had enough!
ReplyDeleteIt is snowing here - again - as we speak.
ReplyDeleteOne Single Impression - Insomnia
I just don't require snow in my life. I don't like the cold. I'm a fair weather kind of gal.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day and weekend. Big hug. :)
where's the snow? I thought that was specks on the lens ;)
ReplyDeletebe careful out there!
Hope sends hugs to KP
it's a snow day here - everyone is home

You're not expecting sympathy from any Nebraskans are you? : )
ReplyDeleteIt appears, Jim, you are living in the middle of a golf course. Question: how do you keep your windows intact?
ReplyDeleteAs for the snow, I've had it! On the ground (somewhere here) for over two and a half months, can you blame me? I've forgotten what green looks like. Nevertheless, hope clings.
