Ah, yes, a cord of three is not easily broken. Those oars would make good weapons, but maybe not against sharks...crunch.

ReplyDeleteAt least they are together, safer for unity is strength. They must be careful when smashing the oars over a shark's head as rocking the boat may result in a toppling over. Wonderful write Jim!

Wonderful variation on the nursery rhyme. If baseball bats can be weapons, why not oars?
