Thursday Memes -- Things in a row -- Two Questions
The treasure chest is banded in good order but I think she gave up on getting the rocks any better.
This morning our daughter, Karen, was telling of her and our granddaughter's visit to Kensington Gardens where they enjoyed the Princess Diana Playground.
I think she next will try getting some of the 'tracks in the sand' in order.
I stole these picture from my daughter's blog, Karen on the Run. For the 'tracks in the sand' I'd suggest that visit her blog and see it and more for yourself.
For more things in a row please visit Pat's Things in a Row post.

And now for my Thursday Two Questions: (see Thursday Two Questions for more)
1. Do you like pie and why or why not?
2. If you like pie, what is your favorite?
Bonus Question: What are your pets' names?
Do I like pie is like asking, do I like to breathe? The answer is yes! I would say my favorite kind of pie is blueberry or apple, but you'll never hear of me rejecting any kind of fruit pie EVER!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the adorable pictures of your cute granddaughter. How precious!
I'm not a big sweet eater, but I do like pie.
ReplyDeleteMy all time favorite pie is pumpkin with vanilla ice cream. Usually have a piece of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving and again on Christmas. I know...I overdo on the pie.
Bonus: Little Bit.
Thanks for letting me know that you couldn't comment on my comment system. What's the point of having threaded comments if some folks can't comment. Anything for you Jim.
Have a terrific day. :)
I love pie and all kinds. Though being a diabetic now I really have to watch what I eat
ReplyDeleteI'd have to say my favorite is pumpkin and pecan comes in at a close second.
I like pies - apple is my fav.
ReplyDeleteI like your ducks in a row! Thanks for hopping on board Thursday's Things in a Row! Your granddaughter is adorable and looks an awful lot like MY granddaughter!
ReplyDeleteI love pie! Pumpkin, cherry, chocolate, banana cream, apple! Whatever! If it's pie, there's a good chance I'll like it!
Jim-
ReplyDeleteFirst off thanks for all the helpful info on pre-posting! I may need to use that when we move Mid-February!
Nope- the Clackistanis aren't Tea Party- we are a very diverse political group comprised of Democrats, Republicans, Indies, Libertarians, you name 'em we got 'em. The one clarifying fact that glues us all together is our dislike of the local County and City politicians who are ram-rodding expen$ive and not needed projects through without giving the taxpayers a vote on said expenditures.
In todays economic times indoor tennis courts, cute little streetcars that go no where, etc need to be shelved until such a time that they are feasible and the voters have approved.
We are all watching and no longer are trusting of our local councils nor commisioners. Pretty sad really.
NOW- answering those 3 questions:
1. I love pie because it isn't so sweet and filling as cake-I love tasting fresh fruit in the warm pie!
2.my favorite is apple
3.We have had sooo many cats-our last five were Larry, MrCat,Mighty MOuth, Mini-mouth and Muffy. They are now in our backyard pet cemetary. We now are owned by Lucy the very bossy Korat!

What a cutie!
ReplyDeleteI do like pie.
Favorites are Chocolate Silk and Coconut Cream--not together...
Good questions! Now I want baked potatoes and pie for dinner! LOL
PS--the picture is our Tank... He weighs 160 lbs and lives in our 5th wheel with us! :)
ReplyDeleteYES! Because pie is delicious! And it comes in so many varieties. What's not to like? My favorite is between strawberry rhubarb and lemon meringue.
ReplyDeleteAnd my dog's name is Pokey, named after the children's book "The Poky Little Puppy."

I saw those photos on Karen's blog. Can't believe KP has grown so much!
ReplyDeleteI love pie because it tastes so good! I guess my fav would be chocolate and butterscotch in 2nd place.
Cats names: Jamie Dawn, Baby Kitty, Skittles, Diddles, Miss White Lily, and Scottie Jasper.
Love those ducks in a row. Your granddaughter is adorable.
ReplyDeletePie? Yes!
My favorite is sweet potato pie and pecan. You can take a gal out of the south but you can't take away those sweet potatoes and pecans.
Cindi Lou & The Kitty Krew (Sissi Cat, Bandit, Little Boy & Big Boy are the twins, Spooky and Fuzzi) and MK (Mama Kitty). No, I'm not the crazy cat lady. MK and here babies, the Kitty Krew, turned up in my yard fall of 2010. I gathered them up and got everyone fixed and their shots. They are somewhat tame and all are safe in my yard.
Hi Jim, thanks for joinig Thursday Two Questions, it's great having you.
ReplyDelete1) I don't like pies, it is my least favorite. I would rather icecream cake, cake or cookies. I love cookies. smiles.
2) I think pies usually have some sort of fruit filling, and I don't like eating fruit that way. I like to eat fruits as fruits and cakes as cakes- not mashed together. Yes, it's different...
And by the way, I think your grand daughter is so pretty! I am sure you do too! :-)
ReplyDeleteI like pies (they don't like me).
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is cherry.
Disco is my dogs name.
Have a good weekend.
Sandie
I don't really care for pie. It's an American thing.
ReplyDeletehowever I've come to LOVE Pecan Pie!
I don't have any pets as yet.
I don't know what happened to my answers = the other comment I left here. Anyhow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining Thursday Two Questions this week and hope you will continue to challenge us with your questions in the future.
1) I don't like pies as much as I like cookies.
2) I don't like cake and fruits mix together. I like to eat fruit by itself.
Kensington Gardens!!! It's a very beautiful place :)
