Warm Heart Wednesday ~~ No. 004 ~~ Ready for Christmas (almost)
MERRY CHRISTMAS . . .
I get warm and happy this time of year! . . .
Above and first two below are from our church, the sleigh was a part of their electric train display.
The ones above are in our home except the one showing the light display, snowman, and deer. We consider this modest compared to the rest of the neighborhood.
The nativity set we bought in Bethlehem, Israel, back in 1980. Our six year old granddaughter, KP, arranged the setting. We keep Mary, Joseph, and the Baby out all year long. Also most times the ceramic angel standing behind them.
The plate selection is a part of a collection which belonged to Mrs. Jim's deceased friend (Katrin's mother). The LSU Santa figure is new for this year, she found it at an after Christmas sale last December.
Warm Heart Wednesday for the week of December 11 through December 18. Click here, http://jennymatlock.blogspot.com/ for links of others or for directions to join with a post of your own. Ms. Jenny there is our teacher.
