These four photos were taken at the Round Tower Park (6th century), Glendalough in County Wicklow, Ireland. Our visit was in May of 2007. That was the time I fell and broke my kneecap at Powerscourt Gardens south of Dublin. You can read about that one here.
Osborne is one of our family names. We were pleased to find this tombstone. Here Mary Osborne died in 1927 so it is a more modern burial place in this old cemetery. The Osbornes have been solid citizens of the area for many years. Next time I may stop at the Osbourne's [sic] Pub for fish and chips.
