Oh No, Ms. Tooter does not dye her hair! She has her hair done every Friday and it is done up. I mean the curls go up. She has beautiful hair and she is a good looking woman to in her 70's (not sure how far. She won't say!!!).
No she doesn't blue or whiten it either. It's all natural!!
