Awww Monday (September 2, 2013) [# 02]
.
On July 25, 2013, Mrs. Jim, KP, and I visited the Science Museum, London, U.K. (It's free too!)
KP was very impressed with this U.S. Space Exhibition that she saw. They had an excellent U.S. Lunar display which we enjoy every time we visit the museum. Portions of it are the real thing, other parts are mock-ups for training.
I worked with the Lunar space items and the Astronauts while I was a Flight Controller and Simulation Controller at NASA. That would be the Rover, the Lunar Module, the Lunar Lander, and the ALSEP (seismographic instrument left on the Moon).
