Two 4 Tuesday -- Black and White

My black and white is hiding behind the tree. I found this fellow helping at the courthouse cutting some grass. When he saw me with the camera he ducked behind the tree trying to hide.

I didn't want his face anyway, just the black and white striped uniform.

Now who says prisoners have the life of Riley living at a country club. It was 98 degrees F out there, I know he was working up a sweat with all those clothes on. I was wearing a loose shirt and shorts.

If he's a convict why did they give him a riding lawnmower? He should be pushing a lawnmower. Bwahahahahaha.

Great shot by the way.

Have a terrific day. :)

Sandee, you missed him. The convict is the one in the black and white striped uniform hiding behind the tree.

When he saw me with my camera he hid behind the tree. Before that he was using the weed eater, you can see the yellow handle sticking out from the tree also.

I suppose he is doing community service for good time. He might be working off a traffic fine, my daughter elected to do that once as a protest to the (unfair) system. She could wear blue jeans for that.
..
BTW, the guy on the riding lawn mower is the guard. I didn't see a gun but he was the only one aroung.

I see him now Jim. I would have never guess the guy on the riding lawnmower was the guard. Here in California the cons are doing the work while the guards guard. Sort of backwards, but I get it now. I love the stripped uniform. As it should be.

Have a terrific day Jim. Big hug. :)
