Letter "O"
Week's Prompts; Starts with "O." A Favorite. "O"ne.
1. Starts with "O." "Oklahoma" starts with the letter "O". My Alma Mater team, the University of Houston, is playing football this morning at Oklahoma State College today. We are now ahead, 24 to 10.
Also we have one of my other Alma Mater teams, the University of Nebraska is playing Maryland after this. Then this evening the Mrs' team, LSU is playing South Carolina.
2. A Favorite. " My "Old Car" is my Favotite car, it is 27 Years Old. My regular car, fairly old, 2001, is broken beyond sensible repair.
My Favorite "Old Car" is my 1998 Mustang GT 4.6 Convertible that I bought in 2000 as a retirement present for myself. I retired in 2000. I plan to use this Mustang as a driver until I find a suitable car to replace the broken one.
This car and one other Mustang II Ghia are registered Texas Antique Autos. Every five years I renew their licenses and insurance is reduced. I cannot use them for work or school.
3. O"ne -- 'I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States, "one" nation . . .
And for your reading you could find my Beagle dog named "Adi" by searching her name. Adi died in 2012. We were a registered Texas Pet Therapy Pair for many years, Alzheiimer's residents in the near assisted living facility were her favorite for visiting.
