What's missing in these pictures — MidWeek Blues —

Pretty obvious here what my sister, Lois, did not find

Again on the left what was missing is obvious. I was just wishing so badly that this picture would have some blue in it. Unless the fish in my sandwich was a 'blue' catfish it doesn't.

The motorcycle is missing its original rider. Most motorcycles are blue when their rider is absent. This one is a 97 year old 1914 Yale Motorcycle we spotted at the National Motorcycle Museum in Iowa.

If you want to post a MidWeek Blues picture, go get directions from Rebecca by clicking on the logo picture on the right. She has a Mr. Linky and good directions . Just do what I did.

Or do less. All she requires is a BLUE PICTURE or BLUE THOUGHT, you don't have to write.

That fish sandwich makes you feel blue because there is no blue in it, therefore it qualifies.

Btw, I thought you were participating in my short story Quill Dancing prompt this month?
Where is a phone when you need? :):)
The absent phone cracked me up!
oh, i hope your fish was not blue or you'd be in big trouble!:p
i think the rider brought the missing handset with him.:p

Midweek Blues
I didn't know motorcycles went back tht far! But now that I think of it, it makes total good sense!
No phone, plenty of catfish. Sounds like a good weekend to beat the midweek blues.
Jim, your humor gets me every time!! And just think wee ones won't even really 'know' what a pay phone was. Crazy right! Hope you are having a great day!

Oh, and to answer your question... I do draw and color (color pencils) on a sketch pad, but then scan the final version to my computer for a nice crisp drawing. I hope your granddaughter gives a manekinko a try. They are so cute!!
I haven't seen an intact pay phone in ages! They have become dinosaurs.
Love Lois on her cell phone beside the missing phone!
This made my day Jim.
Hope you are having fun traveling.
funny one, the phone missing. nice blue bike too. unusual.
Hi Dr Jim =) My daughter has just reached Lausanne, Switzerland for her undergraduate student exchange programme. She's settling down quite well. Thank you so much for your prayers.
