Seals need space.
 
For taking pics of wild seals, I would stand far far far away and use a camera with a good zoom.

He's tempted to lose his temper at the official rules that keep photographers from getting that one special shot!
 
He should send one of those Privacy Notices. You know, the ones with all the fine print on how to opt out. If the seals don't respond, he can go ahead and take their pic. :D

It always seems to be humans who act badly in the wild, not the other animals...LOL!
 
The lady needs to lighten up...lol! Or buy herself a nice camera so she can share his hobby.
