Rub a dub dub dub,
three chums in a boat.
What one couldn't do
the three surely could.
Their fear was conquered,
long ores weapons were.

Yes, together we conquer better.
Hey you do a pretty good job with that today - and yes three is better than 1.
Ah, yes, a cord of three is not easily broken. Those oars would make good weapons, but maybe not against sharks...crunch.
Good one Jim. :)
At least they are together, safer for unity is strength. They must be careful when smashing the oars over a shark's head as rocking the boat may result in a toppling over. Wonderful write Jim!

They are on a boat and that's the most important part. Nothing better than boating.

Have a terrific day. :)
Wonderful variation on the nursery rhyme. If baseball bats can be weapons, why not oars?

Check my blog for an answer to your question.
Fortunately, I've never seen oars used as weapons, but it's an interesting take on the prompt, Jim!
