The Bachelor, Prince Lorenzo Borghese, reveals Jen as his choice for Bachelorette tonight

.
Ain't she cute, this Jen is cute enough to take home to Mom,if you could trust Dad! [picture from Monday night's show, courtesy of ABC 13, Houston]

For now you can go to the ABC 10, Miami, for a video clip of Jen getting a ring that belonged to Lorenzo's Mom (link to ABC10, find South Florida Bachelorette Wins; But Not Engaged" in "Most Popular" tab).

This guy, Lorenzo, is quite a hunk himself! [picture also from the show]
..
Lorenzo (link to his ABC bio), who graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, has picked another Florida girl as his bachelorette. She is Jennifer (Jen) (link) who currently resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida. You remember her as having the dad with the shotgun thing .
.
To catch you up with a little review, ABC has written up the first six episodes (link). That gets you down with history to final two bachelorettes, Jen and Sadie. I'm pretty sure episode seven will be there soon, maybe in the morning when you read this.

This YouTube (link) is a preview from last week's show. I found it at RightPundits.com (link):

Lorenzo was making the airwaves yesterday. This shot is from the Regis and Kelly show [Nov. 27] (link), again on ABC 13, Houston.

Tomorrow is should be Jen. Not too much has been written about her around here. We know she is a teacher (
link), age 24, and lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida, north of Miami.

but Lorenzo rather cute I might invite him home lol

O.k. well I haven't watched this so I wouldn't know. Keep me posted though.

Take care xx

I watched the first hour of the show last night and then TIVO switched over to CSI Miami. I saw the mom reading the palms of each contendor and then both parents arriving for a SUPER extended brunch! That was something!

Not into this Jim.
About your last blog. You better start learning Mexican because they won't learn English. (it is Mexican, we had a Spanish High School girl here once and she went out to talk to some migrant workers who wanted a job. She came back and said she didn't speak their language and that she had no idea what they were saying)
I do hope we keep english only on government offices.

First, most here do learn English. I have a very good church friend who is a retired petroleum engineer with Exxon. He got his citizenship, Exxon wanted him very badly.
His Dad was a Baptist preacher in Mexico.
His nephew, a Mexican citizen, just graduated from Rice University here with a Master's degree in organ. He will be a music--organ--professor here or in his country.

Mostly they just speak it too fast for U.S. Americans.
We went to Spain on a mission trip and quite a few of our Spanish Mission members (mostly Mexican) went also.
They all conversed very well. Maybe the Nebraska education is lacking, we are doing pretty good here making Texas a bilinqual state.
Our students who had high school Spanish did quite well there and here.
Both granddaughters went--each at a different time--and were our interpreters in Spain.
They both worked here in a pawn shop, owned by an uncle, and were the persons who dealt mainly with the Hispanics.

You're to hard on them. We even have elected U.S. Congressmen as do some of the other Southwestern states.
The Republicans here are courting them heavily after losing so much ground in the elections too.
..
P.S. I have a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law with South American heritage. One has become a citizen, the other has elected not to do that.
We all love them very much, just as we do all the other kids and their spouses.
..

I don't watch that show Jim. I haven't a clue about any of it!
