She's coming to see her Papa and Mimi — MidWeek Blues —

KP is on her way to see us. This picture was taken yesterday at the Houston Intercontinental Airport.

We haven't seen any of our grandkids since June 24. We have been seeing one daughter, Karen, though. We are here in London with her after getting back from our Baltic cruise.

Now, KP will be joining her mom and will living here in London with Karen. Of course, Dad, Billy, is right there flying with her.

People tell us that when she begins to talk she will have a British accent. We will listen.

Oh yes, thank you Billy for picking this pretty multicolored dress with the nice blue for her to fly in. As if I needed an excuse (MidWeek Blues) to tell this story!

If you want to post a MidWeek Blues picture, go get directions from Rebecca by clicking on the logo picture on the right. She has a Mr. Linky and good directions . Just do what I did.
Or do less. All she requires is a BLUE PICTURE or THOUGHT, you don't have to write.

I know you'll have a terrific time too. She's a cutie pie indeed.

Have a terrific day. :)

She is so cute! Enjoy your visit! :)

My she is growing!! So cute!!

Your mother and my Dad were born the same year.

I'll bet you had a wonderful time on that cruise Jim seeing all those neat places!

It's been raining here overnight and today. Still humid though. Not much going on for us but the usual things.

One of my great neices joined the Air Force. She left right after graduating from high school and was sent to Lackland Air Force Base in TX. She has called home once and they are working her hard and it's been hot there, but she is getting along okay so far! I think basics was harder than she thought it would be, but once she knows what is expected of her, then she does well. She said she had been in trouble for smiling too much! Imagine that!

I need to put up a blog post. I'm late. Again. I'm going to try and get one up soon.

I got a post card to send to Jamie Dawn. It has a recipe for Possum Pie on it!! That ought to get her smiling!! Haha!! I know everyone misses her in blogland. I might post a photo of that recipe on my blog. Who knows, maybe someone will want to make it! I doubt it though!!

Well Jim, you take care. Say Hi to Mrs. Jim. Give that baby a hug for me. Have fun! You did ask for a letter. I have tried to oblige.

She is a doll! Enjoy your visit.

All this traveling going on! KP is a cutie pie for sure. Glad you get to see her soon.

You are always welcome for blueberries. Let me know when you're on your way and I'll make some muffins too!

She is growing! So cute!
I have to admire Dad Billy for that long of a trip with a little one. :)
Have a wonderful visit Jim!

Wow she's growing fast. What a beaut.

How exciting to see such a pretty little face coming at you in the airport! Precious!

KP is so adorable. You poor man, going through grandchildren withdrawal.

Ohhh, sweet. Double-sweet, really, with that reflection!

Have a great holiday.

Hi Jim ~~Glad you are having a great time and then spend time with that little cutie KP. She is so close to walking, standing nice and straight and only hanging on lightly. Thanks for your comments and you are right; Kate spent a month in France working and learning. She liked my bacon egg cheesy muffin thingos, that her mother Kathy said they sound like mini pizzas. I had 4 cousins visit this week so they keep me busy and is always good to see them. My cousin Charlie had breast cancer 22 years ago and mine was 31 years ago, so we have both been lucky. Glad you liked the Redneck church jokes. And I am glad your holiday is so good and busy. I hope both Lauren and Karen have happy birthdays next week. Take care,
Regards, Merle.
