I bet the "critters" wish they could be missing the feast-LOL! Good take this week.

The king must be feeding thousands. Good thing the cattle don't understand human language. Thanks for the chuckle!

Very well done. We slaughtered a steer every year for meat. I so remember this.

Have a terrific day. Big hug. :)

The king must indeed be having one big dinner party!! And it is a good thing the cattle don't understand or the king might be learning the meaning of stampede!! Fun one for the day! Hope you have a great week, Jim!

Liked it. One query. Why is she called Erin? Does she look Irish, do you think?

no party for Erin, haha. Very good, funny indeed.

Kay: Erin wasn't invited to the feast. I suppose some of her cows were.

Gaelikaa, you are right, the Irish weren't involved. I picked 'Erin' because it is a lady's name with four letters. I use it most times.

Very cute, Jim!

Perhaps Erin has a cattle delivery elsewhere that day.

Erin sounds like a busy girl. :) Good one!

Wow...this just begs for more story behind it! What a great writing prompt!
