.
I wrote this for Susan's microFiction Monday. You can too! Just write a short tale (fiction preferred) about this picture in less than 140 characters and spaces. Then tell her and wait for the critique and praises!

Here goes my entry:

Momoe was feeling sorry about the sword, umbrella swap.

With Mrs. M on rampage all Heck was breaking loose.

Aah! My fingers!

Uncle!

Mrs. must've used her feminine wiles to get Victor to agree to that trade! A lesson learned by Vic, we hope.

Good one, Jim!

Ah, yes, those wily women! Don't want to mess with them, always end up losing! Fun one for the day, Jim! Hope you have a great week!

All heck was breaking loose.
Bad trade makes for good Microfiction Jim. :)

You must choose wisely when swapping.... :O)

Do people still cry "uncle"? I remember that from when I was a kid, before the earth cooled.
Loved your take on it, Jim.

Oh! Love the ending!! Crying uncle is a great problem solver!
:)

Haha, the samurai cries uncle.

Haha! I'd much rather have the sword than the umbrella if I was in a fight.

LOL! I wonder what set Mrs. M off this time?

I can see a whole dramatic saga playing out now, full of action adventure! Definitely a trade not thought through. :> Hope your week is a great one!

oh no, that was a bad trade. Very funny post, fits the picture well.

Swaps can be dangerous.

Don't swap - stick with what you know! Great fun, Jim!

never trade a sword for a parasol! that's bartering 101 ;)

well done Jim

Hope sends hugs

If only he could call uncle - think he lost more than fingers

Ha - Jim always light and lively

Have a gr8 week

Definitely not a good trade!

Nice picture you drew.
Man your grandaughter is a cutie. But we could have expected that.
I'm to get a another grandchild this Thursday. Anxious to see what it is. The parents didn't want to find out.

Jim - thank you for stopping by my little "dojo", and thank you for the encouragement. I have added KHCB to my list of Radio Stations. Up until now it was only a list of stations that i had personally found in my travels and wanted to share them with those who might be interested. My beloved got the book for Christmas (Decision Points). I already have a stack of books on the night stand that get neglected far too often now... but i will take a look at it when she is finished. Thank you for the recommendation.

Like your take on this weeks MFM. That is exactly why i was taught to always perform a complete weapons check when it is issued. ;)

Good one. I'm ducking.
