— Six Word Saturday — Venice to Athens via the Black Sea [001a 6WS]

my Six Words:
August Break

habit forming

I am on an August Break from blogging but I just can't get away entirely.

If it's a habit then it might become addictive.  Ha ha.

This is my unofficial profile picture for the duration of my new series of posts about our Pacific Princess cruise from Venice, Italy, to Athens, Greece, via the Black Sea.  We just got back this week and the series started yesterday.

Mr. Tin Man will remain but "Jim with a sign and a dog at the Varlaam Monastery, Meteora, Greece" should appear on this series. [Mr. Tim Man

Just scroll down to see what I have been doing during this "Break."

One thing we have done was to visit with SoulBrush (link) at the Market where she had a booth selling her pictures (we purchased a lovely original painting called 'Helping Hands' of two ladies carrying water).  We, Mrs. Jim, KP, and I, had a nice visit with S. B. and her husband.  I will post of this visit a little more later.

Hi Jim!

Great to *see* you again - what a great time you've been having - spectacular photos of your super trips!

Was myself in France (inc Corsica), Italy and mainland UK. (You can see pics in my *L* post - *L* for Locations of my next thriller!) - superb weather everywhere! Phew!

See you again soon, hopefully?!!

Hiya Jim and Mrs Jim. We were away too this past week in Dorset, breathing lots of manure smells, choking on dusty threshing air and milling around thousands of holiday makers- good to get away and good to get back. So glad you had a great time. Hugs from us both. ps I will be back at Spitalfields on Bank Holiday Monday selling my wares at anotherAfrican market day. xx

I'm glad you had such a wonderful trip. Excellent.

Have a terrific day. :)

I can't wait to see more about your trip. I love seeing different parts of the world, even if it's only through pictures sometimes!

Meteora must have been fabulous, Jim. The photos I've seen of it look amazing. :)

How wonderful, looking forward to more pictures too!

I like your unofficial picture big Jim.. Enjoy your trip as much as possible, you're doing such a lovely cruise. My best to Mrs Jim.

Grace

Good to see you again. I bet you are having a good time and want to to last all year long!

I'll bet you should keep a 'return address label' in with your belongings just in case you forget where you're from.

It sounds like you-all made it back relatively intact. I wish the same could be said about me, and I haven't went anywhere!

Wow, that sounds like a fascinating and exciting trip, Jim!
