Starts with "M":   Milk is my "M" word for this go round.  This picture is a Brown Swiss Milk Cow with the same features as my FFA, Future Farmers of America, project for my junior and senior Ag activity and class.

We took her home from a calf auction when she was small, just a few months old.  That was for my sophomore year, I fed and cared for her, she was a pretty young heifer at summer break time. By graduation time next spring she was a good Milk Cow.  We separated her from her little calf the day it was born, and she joined our small Milk Herd.

All school FFA animals at our school must have been named.  Guess the name I gave the calf.  Now highlight the next blank space to see if you guessed right.

I named her "Brownie".

The cream we separated away from the Milk and sold it to the local creamery.  My cow's Milk was rich with cream.

A Favorite:   Monster Jam (we didn't get to see)

For Tom, "Mild":  1947, who all can remember, Pall Mall cigarettes slogan, ". . . and they are "Mild."  I do.

For James, Reflections and/or Street/Candid Captures:  Mother and daughter.  Now what?

...Jim, I like your chocolate MILK cow!
...I took our grandson to a MONSTER truck show when he was young, what a waste of MONEY.
...they are MILD and caused cancer.
Happy Easter.

A lovely looking cow Jim and a great reflections host. HAPPY EASTER TO YOU

Yes to the cow - no to ciggies. My Mom smoked KIM and I as kid was allowed to buy them for here... Crazy times, the 70´s...

New Zealand is a farming country, we see them everywhere here. I can't believe how much smoking was encouraged back then, I guess it was the in thing, lucky we know more about it now.

Interesting post. I haven’t seen that kind of cigarette ad in a long time.
