Jesus Calms the Storm
23 Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. 24Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 25The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"
26 He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
27 The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"
Matthew 8:23-27 NIV

I calmed down just reading about all this calmness.
Thanks for visiting.
Cheers Margaret
hope you have calmed down too.
I read on Terry's blog that you were feeling tired.
One should always listen to the signals of the body.
No many have ignored them and had to pay bitterly.
Now if the Lord wants you to take it easy, please do.
You are so sweet and considerate, always.
I sure will miss your cute and funny comments on my blog, as well as your warm care, but if I know you are just taking care of yourself for a while, it's OK.
Besides you & the extended family are in my prayers and I hope to be in yours.
Most important thing of all.
God bless you bro Jim,

My home is my refuge. I've always tried to make sure our home is a place where my family feels safe, comforted, and calm. I'm thankful that our home has not been a place where a lot of fighting takes place.
A blog buddy of mine (Nora) is in Ireland right now on vacation. I can't wait to read about her trip and see her photos. What fun is must be! I'd love to visit there some day.
Peace, be still.
:-)
Julie had a nice birthday, she told me. She lives over 1,000 miles away in Qld, but I rang her. Michael was a nice story, but I don't know if it happened. Nice to think it did.
Take care, Regards, Merle.
