My usual morning snack — Six Word Saturday — My usual afternoon snack

November is National Peanut Butter Month*
(my six words)

Peanut butter is found in about
75 percent of American homes.
Do you have peanut
butter in your home?

Top pictures are from my Jim's Coffee Break of June 15, 2007 (link).

My snack is generally two peanut butter cracker sandwiches and a cup of coffee. For this picture it was four eaten as a light meal with my medicine. I would follow the snack sandwiches with a glass of water for the pill. And possibly an apple.

These pictures were taken on November 3, 2009. So don't worry about the sell by date on the jar. This is the H.E.B store brand of peanut butter. I really didn't like it very much. But Kroger brand is equal to Peter Pan or Jiffy for my taste.

This year (2010) was another top-down day for November 3. But yesterday it turned cool. Still if I had been out during the afternoon it was top-down with the heater on.

* Per Carol Adams of MySurvey ( this occurs in November. The people say it is in March. Oh well.

Glad you've had good weather. We've had a lot of top down days but the women just won't go for the idea.
I like peanut butter but don't eat much of it. I'm pretty persnickity about the taste though. I don't know which ones I like. Just the ones I don't like.
My husband and I love PB!! I used to eat the regular kind of PB like Jiff or Peter Pan but then my husband turned me on to Wegman's Natural Crunchy. The natural PB is harder to spread and has to be refrigerated but I can taste the peanuts so much more. Happy Saturday!
yes, I love peanut butter sandwiches.
what a crunchy and yummy six word.
Happy Saturday.
Glad to read your six words today.
I didn't know this was National Peanut Butter Month. I'll not tell hubby. Here's why...

He buys the two pack at Costco and when he gets home he tells me he's going to bake with the peanut butter. He never does though. At night the peanut butter calls to him and he gets a jar and a spoon and just eats it right out of the jar. Spoon after spoonful. The next morning he weighs himself and he's not happy.

Have a terrific day. Big hug. :)
Peanut butter is emergency food - for all kinds of emergencies.
Yes! We certainly do have peanut butter here, and as Nessa states, it is an emergency food, as well. Great tasting spackle.

And thank you for your kind comment over at Doug's. Actually, I stumbled around a bit, but unfortunately that's the way I talk.

Hope you're having a gorgeous weekend:)
Yep, and I'm a chunky man myself.
Phenomenal Photography of Peanut Butter Crackers (my six words)
This house is NEVER without peanut butter. My husband eats it on Ritz crackers and I eat it out of the jar now and then.

yes we have pb in our home .. but don't dare bring it out when our grandson (Jacob) is around .. he has a severe peanut allergy .. even if I kiss him after eating a peanut .. I do like crackers like you have fixed.
