"The best laid plans of mice and men -- And Luke 14:25-33
often go awry (link)."

So what's going on here? We are planning. On a Saturday morning, here we are doing our Planning at the Panera Bread place on FM1960 in Houston. Three laptops are in use with the WiFi (free), Karen's, Mrs. Jim's, and mine. (Mostly I'm kibitzing (definition) and writing this blog for Sunday.)
In April, the four of us have an Aer Lingus Vacations six night in Ireland. One night with Hotel in Dublin, four 'farmhouse' B&B's nights, and the last night at Powers Court Ritz Carlton.
More on our plans later.
-- Counting the cost
Read Luke 14:25-33:
(28) "Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it? (29) For if he lays the foundation and is not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule him, (30) saying, 'This fellow began to build and was not able to finish.'

Hi Jim ~~ Thank you for the welcome back, and I had a lovely time, but it's nice to be home and back with my blogger friends again. You really got me with the "guest writer"/ should have known it was Adi. Your Easter post were really nice, and the planned trip to Ireland will be terrific for you, Mrs Jim and Karen and Billy. As for telling lies Jim, you have to have a darn good memory,so it's easier to tell the truth or so I think.
Take care, Very best wishes, Merle.

Dear Jim,
I am just a tiny bit envious. Revisit Ireland in April is a dream.
The Emerald Island at her best.
Maybe next year Serina will continue her studies of photo and journalism in Dublin. Then I know a some parents who will be frequently visiting.
(Poor girl)
Tomorrow is the day tickets for Dylan's concert in Stavanger are available for purchase. That's where your son once worked. The event is to take place on a football stadium on may 3rd.
Would you want me to make reservations for u2?
yours Felisol

2 things. 1. with another Ireland trip do you have a set of those baseball catcher shine guards? Sheels has them for about $50 per set. I'll bet planning a trip where money is no object is fun.
2. I'd send the dog back home with Karen.
3. (okay 3 things) With that rabbit in the fridge I expect you won't run short of 'fresh raisins.'
